Refund and Returns Policy

All Thank You Card that contain photographs or imagery supplied by the customer are made to customers specifications and / or are clearly personalised for the customer upon your order. Where a quality issue printing occurs due to the photographs supplied we are not responsible for the defect.

If you receive a defect, damaged or not fit for purpose Thanks You Card, or the Cards delivered are not of satisfactory quality, please report it within 30 days after the date you receive the Card by contacting us at

You may be asked to provide photographic or other documentary evidence of the existence of the issue for which you make the report.

If we receive repeated requests from you to obtain refunds and have a reasonable basis for concern as to the potential misuse of our refund policy, we reserve the right to not accept additional orders from you and to further investigate the defect or issue before providing additional refunds.
